Urban Surfaces Inc is Hiring a Sales Administrative Assistant Near CORONA, CA

Description

What’s the job?

Urban Surfaces is looking for a professional administrative assistant to be the hub for our Sales Team and Executive Management. This position will be responsible for a variety of administrative assignments such as scheduling meetings, booking events, making travel arrangements, and assisting with timely customer requests.

You are an organizer with a strong aptitude for planning and scheduling. You have a talent for uncovering the details essential to coordinating a seamless event, even if it’s across the country. Essential Functions and Duties:

  • Proactive management of heavy and complex executive calendars
  • Coordinate trade shows
  • Recommending new trade shows
  • Keep track of industry associations
  • Book travel arrangements
  • Coordinating food and entertainment for events
  • Delegate inbound leads to sales associates by geography.
  • Process daily sample order forms and distribute them to the sales team by geography.
  • Review and process purchase orders and contact customers directly regarding shipment and order progress.
  • Detail-oriented data entry 
  • Internal customer service
  • Updating spreadsheets and sending out reports
  • Writing and sending out sales meeting memos
  • Provide administrative support to sales managers
  • Other job duties as assigned

Qualification and Skills:

  • Detail-oriented 
  • Ability to liaise among different teams, multitask and meet urgent deadlines
  • Strong planning, organizing, and follow-up skills
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficient computer skills and experience with GSuite (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc)

Requirements

  •  2-5 years Administrative experience
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

Pay: Starting at $20-$25 per hour DOE

Job Type: Full-time
