Job Position:

We are hiring a full-time or part-time dental assistant to join our dental practice. You will be assisting primarily with back office duties. Previous experience is plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate. NEW GRADUATES ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY!

Responsibilities:

• Sterilize and disinfect dental instruments
• Set up instrument trays, prepare materials, and assist with dental procedures
• Take good digital x-rays of teeth
• Take preliminary impressions for study models
• Fabricate temporary restorations and crowns

Qualifications:

• Certification or associate degree in an accredited dental assisting program
• Dental x-ray certification
• Experience using Dentrix software is a plus
• Ability to speak Spanish is a plus
• At least 1 year of dental assisting experience is a plus.
• Experience using computers for a variety of tasks
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Consistently professional appearance and attitude

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
