Upstate Services is Hiring a Nursing Scheduler Near Cortland, NY
We are looking for a Nursing Scheduler to work Monday through Friday 8:00 A.M- 4:30 P.M.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the building is staffed adequately depending on nursing acuity and census per floor.
- Create work rotations and schedules using the electronic software.
- Review time off requests and input time off requests for approval to the Director of Nursing.
- Track absences, tardiness and no call no shows
- Provide daily reports of staffing to the Administrator and Director of Nursing
- Maintain an accurate and updated list of all nursing staff phone numbers.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- Organized
