About the Role:
The Revenue Operations Manager will be an integral part of the Sales Operations Team, which evaluates, develops and maintains all of UPshow’s technology stack. This person will be responsible for identifying opportunities to drive revenue, identify go to market strategies to drive revenue and support the Sales Organization with process improvements. This individual will also be responsible for maintaining the Salesforce environment and will assist in managing all 3rd Party relationships that co-exist with the Salesforce instance. The Revenue Operations Manager will supply all the data, analytics and forecasting information to the Sales, Finance and Marketing Teams while collaborating cross functionally with all departments to ensure conceptualization of this information. This role will report to Sales and will have a small team to directly manage.
The Revenue Operations Manager will be responsible for internal leadership of Salesforce along with all other related tools. This individual will need to be able to work closely not only with Sales and Marketing but also Finance and Customer Operations and will serve as a strategic partner for these teams as they look to update processes and drive revenue. Specifically this person will:
Ideal candidates will have expertise with Salesforce administration and CPQ, but also possess experience and willingness to work flexibly across other revenue-related systems, such as Hubspot, SalesLoft and Chili Piper.

As examples, Buffalo Wild Wings uses UPshow to operate their own BWW-branded “OT Channel”. Burger King uses UPshow to operate the BK-branded “KingBoard”. UPshow technology allows brands to create integrated TV-to-mobile activation experiences that drive new behaviors and commerce inside of their venues. The platform’s analytics display and measure the usage and ROI of all the content and interactive offers on these retailer-owned networks.
