We are looking for an experienced and motivated Wound Care Nurse to join our team at Uplift Home Care. As part of our team, you assess wounds incurred, to determine both immediate treatment needs and long-term treatment plans. You must be a licensed registered nurse (RN or LPN) to be considered for this position. This position is 1 time per day, 3 days a week. The pay rate is $70 for LPN's, $80 for RN's per visit.

• Wound Care Nurse Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assess the unique needs of each patient to determine appropriate treatment plans

• Educate patients and families on best practices to promote healing and wellness

• Track treatments and patient progress according to HIPAA guidelines

• Coordinate with supervisors and physicians to ensure smooth recovery processes

• Fulfill other nursing duties as required
