Notre équipe grandissante est internationale est répartie entre nos bureaux de Lyon, New York et Los Angeles.

Nous recherchons un Growth Marketing Manager en charge de toute l’’acquisition inbound. Ce rôle fait partie de l’équipe marketing, attaché à la CMO et implique le management de plusieurs freelances.

Nos attentes

Votre responsabilité est de concevoir et d'exécuter la stratégie d’acquisition de leads organiques. L’acquisition organique englobe le SEO, l’optimisation de la conversion, le contenu, la réputation en ligne, etc. Améliorer notre présence en ligne est clé pour générer des leads organiques et des ventes.

Votre rôle est de:

  • Construire la stratégie d’acquisition organique d’Upfluence : SEO (optimisations techniques et création de contenu), média sociaux, viralité, réputation en ligne, etc.
  • Garantir l’efficacité technique du site web : optimisations SEO, conversion, copywriting
  • Coordonner la production de contenu avec l’équipe contenu et des freelances
  • Coordonner les améliorations techniques avec notre designer et des freelances
  • Améliorer notre réputation en ligne : reviews, blog placements, etc.
  • Gérer nos programmes de lead nurturing (principalement via des emails automatiques)

Nous recherchons une personne qui :

  • Comprend et a déjà implémenté une stratégie SEO du début à la fin, à la fois dans ses aspects techniques et de création de contenu ; 
  • Connaît les principes du nurturing et a déjà utilisé un outil de marketing automation ;
  • Sait utiliser un outil de web analytics ;
  • Est à la fois un artiste du contenu, un bon copywriter et un stratège pour construire le plan de croissance ;
  • Est bilingue anglais (nous travaillons principalement avec les US) ;
  • A au moins 3 ans d’expérience en growth / SEO / online acquisition.

About Upfluence

Upfluence develops an Influencer Marketing SaaS worldwide. Upfluence’s platform allows brands and agencies to identify and contact millions of social influencers and bloggers at scale, as well as manage and analyze their influencer marketing campaigns. Since the launch of our software in October 2016, the company has shown impressive growth and we are looking to expand even more. Our team is international and ever-growing, distributed between our offices in NYC, Lyon and Los Angeles.

We are currently looking for a Growth Marketing Manager, in charge of all inbound acquisition. This role is part of the marketing team, attached to the Chief Marketing Officer and involves the management of several freelancers.

What we expect from you

As an inbound growth specialist, your responsibility is to define and execute on a strategic vision for Upfluence’s organic growth in particular SEO, CRO and Content Marketing strategies. Increasing our online presence is key to growing our lead generation & ultimately our sales.

Your role is to:

  • Design an organic acquisition strategy: technical and content-oriented SEO, social media, virality, online reputation, etc.
  • Ensure highest efficiency of the website: SEO optimizations, conversion, copywriting
  • Coordinate the content production with our content team and freelancers
  • Coordinate the technical improvements with our designer and freelancers
  • Coordinate our online reputation: reviews, blog placements, etc.
  • Coordinate lead nurturing efforts (mainly through automated emails).

What we are looking for

  • You understand and had already implemented an SEO strategy from end to end, both the technical side of SEO and the content side ; 
  • You know how the nurturing works and some marketing automation tools ;
  • You know how to use an analytics tool ;
  • You know how to use both parts of your brain: you’re creative and also structured/organized ;
  • You’re fluent in English (we work mainly in the US) ;
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in growth / SEO / online acquisition.
