UPCYCLE USA is a full service Electronic Waste (E-Waste) Recycling company. We assist businesses of all sizes, schools & hospitals in the proper handling of their End of Life (EOL) IT Equipment (Old Computers and Electronics). UPCYCLE USA has several collection sites and processing facilities around the United States, with our Corporate Headquarters located in Fairfield, New Jersey. We are currently looking to hire an effective individual to assist our warehouse operations in sorting, testing, documenting and packaging various forms of inventory. General operations may include physically sorting and cataloguing all of the different types of equipment we process, and sustaining a clean, organized, and compliant warehouse environment. You will partake in the efficient receipt, storage, value-adding processing and preparation of a wide variety of electronic equipment. This position offers a great opportunity for growth as we continue to expand our company and gain market share in a thriving industry.

Responsibilities

• Effective use of inventory management system
• Work as a member of the UPCYCLE TEAM
• Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements
• Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security
• Proper use of forklift or pallet jack

Skills

• Ability to learn various material types and proper testing and inventory procedures
• Ability to utilize a digital platform for inventory control and management purposes
• Communicate on a regular basis with colleagues
• Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
• Hands on experience with warehouse inventory system
• Strong communication skills
• Expertise in warehouse procedures and best practices

This is a HANDS ON position and requires you to be able to perform a variety of tasks.

Pay: $19.00 - $21.25 per hour
