Location: 1905 W. Hebron Lane Shepherdsville, Kentucky 40165

Shift Options: Full Time (4 days 10 hours or 5 days eight hours)

Job Summary

The physical therapist is responsible for the evaluation and treatment of patients. In this role you will perform patient evaluation, development and implementation of an appropriate treatment plan, delivery of treatment services, and comprehensive discharge planning.

The areas of focus are:

• Outpatient Orthopedics
• Neurological
• Sports Medicine
• Sports Med contract with 3 Bullitt County High Schools- work closely with ATC's.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Licensed or eligible for license in Kentucky
• Basic Life Support (BLS) accredited by the American Heart Association (AHA)
• Bachelor’s degree from accredited college or University

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate degree
