Uno Health is a tech-enabled service that enrolls Medicare individuals into many ofthe financial programs they're eligible for - such as SNAP and Utility Assistance - unlocking thousands of dollars for some of the most vulnerable Americans. The extra cash leads to improved health outcomes and savings for all, and a subset of programs unlock ~20% direct revenue for their Medicare insurers.

About the Role
We are looking for a best-in-class HR leader to ensure Uno’s compliance with federal and local HR law, and adherence to our internal management policies, including performance management and employee leave.
This person will manage the processes related to internal people practices, to help maintain a fair, safe and supportive environment for Uno employees to feel respected, empowered and excited to do their best work, every day.
Until now, People/HR has been a shared responsibility between our Co-founders and functional leads, but with 80 employees across several states, we need a dedicated expert!
