Univest Financial is Hiring a Remote Project Manager

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our Business Optimization team.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years project management experience
Strong independent leadership skills with the ability to lead a large matrixed team with minimal oversight including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
Varied PM experience with a variety of technical project types - digital development, strategic project management, governance, and process management
Exposure to or experience with project management and software development methodologies such as waterfall, Agile / Scrum, hybrids, or SDLC.
Demonstrated team building and team leading experience, developing, and integrating diverse team members and third-party resources into a cohesive and effective project team
Solid stakeholder management and influencing skills. Ability to negotiate effective outcomes at the management level
Detailed business analysis skills. Ability to map business process, define requirements, and effectively communicate requirements to development team.
Ability to comprehend and translate technical issues into business terminology
Strong analytical, decision-making, and prioritization skills.
Excellent communication and relationship skills.
Mastered ability to be flexible and pivot priorities quickly and effectively
Self-starter, highly motivated, with a successful track record of being able to work without direct supervision\direction as well as with a team, including management and senior management

Responsibilities:
Responsible for strategic and tactical planning required to lead multiple, concurrent programs or projects.
Provide overall project management across multiple departments, applications and functions including but not limited to project charter, project budget, project planning, communications planning, resource planning, resource management, risk
identification and mitigation planning, status reporting, and issue tracking
Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, risk and issue identification and tracking and detailed project plans
Secure and coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors and ensure availability
Responsible for clearly defined responsibilities and accountabilities for project roles
Define and manage project scope, schedules, tasks, deliverables, issues, risks, and resources in support of all project activities involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Lead project status meetings, communicate with stakeholders regularly to manage expectations and to provide project updates on scope, budget, and risks.
Create and maintain a consolidated timeline highlighting the major milestones and associated dates for project deliverables, identifying, and communicating project dependencies and impacts
Manage and communicate changes to project plans through effective change control
Develop and maintain key project governance documentation to ensure compliance with established project management policies and procedures
Facilitate timely issue resolution, escalating issues as appropriate
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Lead project close activities ensuring that all deliverables are finalized and formally transferred, and all documentation is signed off, approved, and archived.
Responsible for compliance with laws and regulations that apply to this position, including the Univest Code of Conduct
All other duties as assigned
