Job Summary
The Center for Disability and Access CDA provides accommodations to students with disabilities on campus. The primary responsibility for this position is to open and close the office Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (this position is not eligible for telework). Additionally, the Front Desk Coordinator is responsible for the operation and services provided within the front desk area. The Coordinator will also work extensively with faculty, staff, and students in providing exceptional customer service, resolving complaints, answering phones, and supporting operations of the CDA office.

Minimum Qualifications
Associate degree in a business-related field or equivalency; two years full-time customer service; supervisory experience or equivalency; and demonstrated effective human relations and communication skills required.
Bachelors degree in a business related field and cash handling experience preferred.
