Reporting to the Senior Data Analyst, the Data Analyst is responsible for providing technical, systems and software support primarily to University Advancement. The Data Analyst works with internal customers to analyze and collect business data needs and to convert these needs to technical solutions, reports and business processes. This position’s tasks include system support, data quality monitoring and data management of our systems of records, Ellucian Banner Advancement, Oracle and Salesforce. The Data Analyst will use reporting/programming tools such as Cognos, Oracle Application Express, Python, Salesforce, Handshake.
The Data Analyst is a curious and innovative individual who will continuously drive actionable intelligence that is scalable for the University’s efforts through use of data mining, data management, dashboards and stories. She/he will also maintain relationships with key partners to ensure intentional collection of data across the university or beyond.
