The Department of Political Science at UNT is a highly productive department with 27 faculty members who are committed to excellence in both teaching and research. It offers BA, MA/MS, and PhD degrees. Faculty in the department have previously edited the American Political Science Review, International Studies Quarterly, and Journal of Political Science Education,. UNT has a highly diverse campus with a wide range of languages spoken in addition to English. We welcome candidates who have experience with HSI/MSIs and/or who speak Spanish, Vietnamese, American Sign Language, Chinese (Cantonese, Mandarin and other variations), Arabic, Tagalog, Farsi, French, or/and Yoruba.

Ph.D. in Political Science or ABD

Teaching experience at a HSI or MSI institution.
