University of Idaho Overnight Lead Information Desk Attendant
Location: Moscow Division/College: Auxiliary Services Employee Category: Classified Pay Range: $16.82 or higher depending on experience FTE: 1 Full/Part Time: Full Time Position Summary: The Overnight Lead Information Desk Attendant will provide a high level of customer service to students, staff, and visitors at the 24-hour information desk. This position is responsible for mail distribution, issuing building access, and helping residents with a wide variety of questions and concerns. Since information desk duties involve federal mail, confidential information, and building security, it is important that tasks are completed with attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy. The Overnight Lead Information Desk Attendant will provide leadership and guidance to the information desk team, perform administrative tasks, and assist the Resident Services Manager. The Overnight Lead Information Desk Attendant will be the primary staff member working overnight shifts and will become an expert in Housing policies and procedures in order to independently solve problems within the scope of their authority. Ability to work overnight shift. Work hours are 12:00 midnight to 9:00 a.m. Monday-Friday. Some weekend hours may be required. Minimum Qualifications:
Experience providing customer service.
Preferred Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience functioning in a leadership role.
