Perform general maintenance or preventative maintenance for residence hall facilities as directed
Complete assigned tasks as directed within multiple skilled trades (Plumbing, Electrical, Carpentry, HVAC/Mechanical, or Roofing)
Assist in maintaining inventory of materials, supplies, tools and/or equipment throughout area of responsibility; ensure organized workstations and storage closets with necessary materials as directed
Perform other duties as assigned, including special tasks or projects
$16.00 -$18.00/Hour
High school diploma (or equivalent) and zero (0) to two (2) years of experience in the field or in a related area.
Valid driver license.

Regular schedule is Monday through Friday, 08:00 a.m. to 04:30 p.m.
Some overtime outside of regularly scheduled work hours will be required especially during peak times.
