Position Summary
Under general supervision, performs routine tasks related to the operation, maintenance, repair, service, testing and inspection of equipment, machinery and fixtures in accordance with general direction and established procedures. Performs painting, grounds maintenance, and assists other maintenance classifications as assigned. Performs all other duties of subordinate maintenance classifications.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Minimal three (3) years work experience in a Level I capacity.
Experience and expertise in building maintenance.
Preferred Qualifications
Preferred licensure requirements can be any of the following: State of Michigan certification in an affiliated field for maintenance, or any other certifications or licensure that would apply to the general maintenance field.

Salary/Pay Information
$25.47 per hour/IUOE-M Grade 2
Anticipated Work Schedule
Monday - Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
Some after hours and weekend work may be required.

Possession of a valid Michigan Driver’s License.
