The Prep Chef for Georgia Football will assist the Head Performance Chef, the Performance Sous Chef, and the Performance Chef in executing the culinary nutrition program for the Georgia football team. The individual will assist in preparation of various menu items. This person will need to follow proper food prep procedures, multitask, and maintain a clean work station. They will also be responsible for the cleaning, sanitizing, and storing of all cooking materials and dishes. Work flexible hours to include nights, weekends and holidays.
Relevant/Preferred Education, Experience, Licensure, Certification in Position
Minimum of 1 year experience in food service experience. Follow written and oral instructions.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Competencies
Physical Demands
Lift, move, push and pull equipment or boxes in excess of 40lbs. Handle outdoor temperatures for a reasonable period of time. Move around campus, which includes gym, turf, fields, etc.
