Director of Patient Services (RN)
Job Description
UniversaCare is seeking to hire a Director of Patient Services with experience working within a Home HealthCare Agency.
Position: Part-Time
Start Date: Immediately
Responsibilities
Oversight of all clinical operations
Supervise and oversee compliance of the nursing team: HHA’s, PCA’s, RN’s
Oversee HHA’s, PCA’s and RN’s orientation and training programs
Responsible for directing QA/PI programs
Maintain and Update Agency Policy and Procedures
Make frequent visits to Patient Homes, to evaluate and supervise nursing staff
Knowledgeable of all NYHSDOH and JACHO regulations
Prepare and write reports/notes as necessary
Required Qualifications
Must possess an active and unrestricted NYS RN License
Must have a minimum of 2 years Home Healthcare experience
