Job Description
UniversaCare is currently seeking a Community Liaison that has experience in the home care industry.
Position: Per Diem
Hours: Evenings and Weekends
Location: Nassau County, NY
Hourly Rate/Salary: Negotiable
As a Community Liaison you will be responsible for going out into the community and using your resources to promote our services. You will generate referrals throughout the metropolitan area including Nassau County to help to grow and develop multiple locations.
Job Requirements:
Identify patients that are eligible for the home care services we can provide
Strong work ethics, great communication skills, team player, and detail oriented
Professional Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Community Liaison or a related field
