The Vice President, Sales, Strategic Accounts leads a team of geographically based Client Executives driving the services transformation within Ricoh’s strategic accounts. This role is accountable for driving profitable sales results by ensuring close relationships with line of business owners, strong understanding of their business challenges and leveraging Ricoh’s services portfolio and subject matter experts to solve these business challenges. This role is responsible for managing required sales activities and KPIs essential to achieve company targets.
This position is also responsible to ensure alignment with Ricoh’s North Star program for key industries (e.g., training, collaboration and utilization of key content and subject matter experts.) and, this role will serve as Executive Sponsors to key line of business owners within assigned accounts.
