Unity Bank is Hiring an Electronic Banking Specialist - Clinton, NJ Near Clinton, NJ

Position Summary

The electronic banking specialist I administers and maintains the Bank's electronic banking products and functions. The incumbent also provides support to the branch network regarding general deposit operations, electronic products, transactions and ATMs.

Essential Functions

  • Process card orders and maintenance for ATM card and check card programs via EFT & core processing systems.
  • Review and process action on monthly closed accounts associated with active card file and active billpay files.
  • Track and respond to customer fraudulent card transactions/cases via Casetracker, Visa CAMS and FED systems.
  • Establish client access and maintenance through Access Manager for online consumer banking, online business banking, remote capture deposit and business bill pay products.
  • Provide expert level, technical support for full suite of electronic banking products.
  • Monitor and process daily mobile deposits by the mandatory deadline.
  • Process eStatement sign-ups and maintenance, including the monthly customer mailing and the monthly reporting.
  • Administer the gift card program by ordering bulk cards, resetting branch employees' passwords, and tracking card inventory.
  • Perform daily review of system-generated reports to ensure all card, account, electronic banking maintenance for previous day have been completed accurately.
  • Review, research and balance daily branch (19) proofs to general ledger system totals. Provide resolution for corrections in order to balance offices.
  • Review daily settlement and deposit processing of the ATM machines and balance the associated general ledger accounts.
  • Keep informed of industry changes, trends, and best practices, and assess the potential impact on processes and procedures.

Additional Functions

  • Have a general working knowledge of Deposit Operations teams, and each functions and team processes to provide support on the Branch Support extension.
  • Perform mass file maintenance as needed.

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum 2 years of experience in banking

  • Ability to lift up to 15 lbs. at least 25% of work hours.

Working Conditions
