We are searching for an ambitious, highly motivated Compliance Specialist to join our Compliance team specializing in our anesthesiology division. This position will be responsible for working with and helping support our Sales team members to achieve our goal of always providing quality service to our hospitals and providers through complete and accurate onboarding and compliance processes.

• Communicate with providers to collect documents, background checks and additional items needed for qualification and facility credentialing.
• Verify and maintain certifications and licensures for our anesthesia providers.
• Meet hospital credentialing deadlines to ensure a timely start date for providers. 
• May be asked to support our locum providers by making initial hotel, airfare, and car rental reservations to provide a positive experience each time they travel on assignment.

• Attention to detail and ability to meet credentialing deadlines. 
• Ability to work from our Rapid City, SD or Omaha, NE offices
