# What you’ll do
- Build and manage a team of product designers creating unique user experiences across the UnitedMasters platform. Set goals for your team in support of company objectives and manage performance against those goals.
- Partner closely with product management, engineering, user research, data science and marketing to design engaging products for independent musicians and drive growth for UnitedMasters.
- Contribute to product leadership discussions, acting as a user advocate and representative of the design team’s perspective in roadmap development and decision making.
- Oversee a portfolio of projects, ensuring deadlines are met and your team is positioned for success with proper goals, processes and resources.
# Qualifications
- 6 years of Product Design experience
- 4 years of leadership experience with direct reports under you, including hiring and developing talent.
- 4 years working on a consumer software product, ideally in the music or creative industries. Must have experience working on mobile applications.
- Demonstrated experience implementing design best practices and processes.
