ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • The Inside Sales Representative will possess the skills to communicate the value proposition for products and services to their assigned customers, resulting in sales goal achievement.
  • Convert and close new and existing leads by applying best-in-class phone sales/service skills, effective time/lead management, and product knowledge.
  • Achieve the sales objectives and budget established by Company.
  • Develop innovative strategies to create new business. Possess an entrepreneurial mindset of creating new business.
  • Work closely with new and existing accounts to identify mutual selling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with outside sales team to execute customer strategies which align with sales goal achievement.
  • Responsible for maintaining a sales pipeline and monthly forecast to achieve forecasted sales goals.

An industry-leading compensation package that includes weekly commissions, weekly and monthly bonuses, quarterly bonuses, annual bonuses, and additional incentives which leads to a First Year OTE of $100,000 (Salary Commission Bonus)

JOB REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS

  • Results driven – self-motivated individual with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm. Hunter mentality.
  • 2 years of proven inside sales or telemarketing experience selling business products, services or medical supplies.
  • Demonstrate consistent success in previous roles indicated by a high level of sales success.
  • Experience being accountable for sales quotas in a challenging, fast paced, changing environment.
  • Strong customer focus on delivering sales and building relationships.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have intermediate skills of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
