Primary Responsibilities:

• Partners with product managers/owners in advancing work forward to meet obligations and opportunities
• Understands and effectively partners with business, technology, and product teams to identify and appropriately leverage SME’s
• Collaborate with business partners to gather information required for backlog creation and positively influence outcomes
• Prioritize and re-evaluate requirements throughout the lifecycle to ensure business objectives and product vision are being met
• Understands overall product strategy, content of future releases and product roadmap
• Ensure work items are broken down into manageable tasks and directly tied to OKR’s
• Create user flows, work items with well-defined acceptance criteria and definition of done and get alignment with the technical teams
• Drive grooming & prioritization activities
• Understand and attend to the demand, priorities, impediments, and team capacity
• Attend ceremonies and offer constructive feedback
• Effectively leads cross-functional team meetings

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years equivalent work experience
• 2 years of experience with technology-powered products and methods of modern product discovery and product delivery
• 1 years of experience with SalesForce
• 1 years of Agile experience
• Experience in working with Agile/Scrum work environment as a Product Owner: writing user stories, and following the development process through user story acceptance
• Demonstrated experience with oral, written and interpersonal communication with both technical and business audiences
• Demonstrated understanding of lean product management best practices and frameworks

Preferred Qualifications:

• Product Owner/Manager certification or other Agile certification
• Healthcare Industry experience
• Proven understanding of API utilization
• Proven understanding of DevOps methodology
• Proven understanding of integration testing/automation practices
• Demonstrated excellent listening skills and product-focused mindset
• Ability to analyze and understand process flow diagrams
• Ability to be accountable for the product backlog and prioritization of Features with team members
