Primary Responsibilities:

• Demonstrates ability to quickly learn and appropriately apply new technologies to solve engineering
• Designs, develops, and implements solutions that exemplify modern software engineering practices
• Reuses and/or develops for reuse complex components or capabilities to solve complex problems and needs
• Enhances system design/architecture to simplify and improve resiliency in system interactions and dependencies
• Contributes to or helps drive architecture/design, technology, and tool decisions and implementation
• Implements and continuously improves agile software delivery, code management, and operations

Required Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience working with HTML, CSS and JavaScript 
• 5 years of experience utilizing either Angular or React on production applications 
• 2 years of experience integrating REST APIs into modern web hosted applications 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with Typescript
• Experience working with NodeJS and Webpack
• Experience working with Git or related version control systems
• Unit Testing experience, including the ability to design software that is easily testable
• Familiar with SCRUM / Agile methodologies

Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, or New York City Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $82,100 to $146,900. The salary range for Connecticut/Nevada/New York City residents is $90,500 to $161,600. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
