Primary Responsibilities:

• Assists in the development of long term and short-term plans systems maintenance
• Installs and configures various infrastructure applications and hardware
• Monitor system changes, performance, and capacity management
• Works with the other IT departments to ensure that the system infrastructure is a joint effort of design
• Manages both large and small scale systems that may include data center and disaster recovery facilities
• Maintain administrative documentation necessary to maintain the infrastructure
• Ensure that all systems are reliable and available for the organization’s business requirements
• Develop and maintain system procedures
• Prepares special reports as directed by management
• Complies with established departmental policies, procedures, and objectives

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of Systems Engineering
• 4 years’ experience with one or more of these specialties; Storage systems, Vmware, Active Directory, Windows Server OS, Citrix, Netscaler, MS Exchange, and HPE/Dell hardware
• 4 years of system design and/or implementations, with emphasis on VMware and storage
