Primary Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain models from end to end, including building connection to new database, data preparation, monitoring data quality, data scrubbing, building data validations, running data analysis and reporting
• Develop network pricing and trend tools, business intelligence dashboards and predictive analytical models using modern statistical techniques
• Understand provider reimbursement methodologies
• Support the on-going hospital benchmark efforts for Commercial and Medicaid
• Communicate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand data content and business requirements
• Provide trainings, trouble shooting and supports of the tools/models

Required Qualifications:

• Undergrad degree in one of the following areas, Mathematics/Statistics/Computer Science/Actuarial Science/Data Science or equivalent experience
• 4 years of programming experience working with SQL, SAS, R or Python
• Experience working with and creating databases and visualizations
• Expert technical proficiencies: MS Office Suite, and VBA

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree 
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau or R Shiny
• Expertise in healthcare data, e.g., medical and pharmacy claims
• Familiar with healthcare reimbursement methodology
• Proficient in statistical techniques
• Proficient in SAS Viya or cloud-based analytic services and GitHub
• Solid problem solving and analytical skill
• Excellent communication and collaboration skill
