The role of the Senior Administrative Assistant is to provide a wide variety of executive – level- administrative support to members of the Senior Leadership Team of the local health plan located in Richmond, Virginia.
Duties may also include more traditional administrative / clerical support roles including answering the telephone, typing/word processing of documents, maintaining calendars and setting up meetings, copying, faxing, greeting visitors, setting up files, coordinating travel, tracking expenses, and coordinating building and equipment maintenance. This is a fast-paced working environment that requires the ability to multitask with attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
This position will also have BSL (Business Segment Liaison) responsibilities including New hire onboarding / offboarding, equipment ordering and set-up, software purchases and office supply ordering. Senior Administrative work will involve direct client interaction.
This position will work a hybrid schedule (Richmond, VA), Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time zone).
Our office is located at 9020 Stony Point Pkwy Ste. 350 Richmond, VA 23235. Employees will be required to work some days onsite and some days from home.
