The Regulatory Relations and Compliance Testing Manager will focus on the risk assessment, preparation, and documentation collection and review for the Bank’s numerous regulatory examinations as part of the Continuous Supervision Program; will serve as a primary point of contact in managing regulatory exams (onsite and virtual); and will track, monitor, assess, and validate management remediation activity in response to supervisory recommendations. As part of the risk management infrastructure and Second Line of Defense of the Bank’s compliance monitoring and testing program, this position will also conduct follow-up testing as needed to ensure that management action plans are appropriately documented and functioning as intended, as well as scope and conduct additional monitoring and testing as determined by the annual compliance risk assessment and compliance monitoring and testing program. This position will also be the primary point of contact for coordinating with the complaints management function in responding to complaints received through regulatory channels (CFPB, FDIC, UDFI, etc.)

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $82,100 to $146,900. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $90,500 to $161,600. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
