As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner at New West Physicians, you’re an integral part of our team, serving the mental healthcare needs of our clients. You’ll see clients in an outpatient clinical setting either in-person or via telehealth. The ideal candidate will be well-rounded and collaborative with a strong passion for patient care in the outpatient setting.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat the mental health needs of our patients by creating treatment plans, then providing continuity of care and medication management
• Ensure the correct administration of medications, monitor the results of medicated treatments, prepare care plans, and provide collaboration with behavioral health care team
• Focus on quality of care and patient satisfaction with an interdisciplinary behavioral health team

Required Qualifications: 

• Licensed psychiatric nurse practitioner; completion of accredited program in Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
• Minimum 2 years clinical experience
• Colorado Prescriptive Authority

Colorado Residents Only: The salary/hourly range for Colorado residents is $82,100 to $146,900.
