Growing physical therapy practice is looking for a passionate, hardworking patient care coordinator-t looking for a long-term career. Prior medical office work experience is REQUIRED. The right candidate must have excellent customer service skills, strong computer skills, the ability to multitask and handle medical records. The Ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality, basic billing knowledge and be willing to communicate with doctors to help promote the practice. Spanish speaking is a MUST!! We are located in Union City, NJ and Jersey City, NJ. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: scheduling appointments, filing, faxing, scanning, INSURANCE VERIFICATION AND PRE-AUTHORIZATION.
We offer a friendly atmosphere with paid holidays and earned paid time off.
1 years minimum experience required.
