The Manager of Integration will be responsible for setting up and facilitating integration meetings between new and existing clinic partners focusing on best practices and introduction to our services. This individual will be responsible for ensuring we understand the needs of our partner clinic and foster a collaborative approach to onboarding new business.

Primary Responsibilities: 

  • Provides direction and manages integration of new locations and services across multiple locations
  • Plans and sets up integration and reintegration meetings, including communications, presentations, invitations, agenda, etc. 
  • Educates Clinical Partners on all relevant Genoa service offerings
  • Follows up post meeting with expectations and timelines for Operations and Clinic Partners
  • Communicates with leadership regarding concerns or opportunities that arise from integration meetings, including developing an onboarding playbook to identify and track programs
  • Develops and enhances relationships with Clinic Partners by ensuring Operations has the appropriate contacts to make sure follow ups are completed
  • Fosters communication between Partners to capture new patients and meet Clinic Partner expectations 
  • Serves as liaison between Genoa and the Community Mental Health Centers by relaying needs of our partners to Operations and ensuring plans are in place for executing on our services
  • Ensures all pharmacy operational standards are in compliance with local, state and federal regulations and follow the Board of Pharmacy protocol
  • Complies with all HIPAA rules and regulations
  • Requires 70% travel
  • Manages budget for travel and expenses

Required Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and relevant experience 
  • 5 years of experience working with or for clinic partners, such as Community Mental Health Centers, HIV Clinics, and Assisted Living Facilities
  • 5 years of experience working with pharmacies
  • Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential job function of this role. Candidates located in states that mandate COVID-19 booster doses must also comply with those state requirements. UnitedHealth Group will adhere to all federal, state and local regulations as well as all client requirements and will obtain necessary proof of vaccination, and boosters when applicable, prior to employment to ensure compliance.
