In this Employment Administrator role, will be an essential element of an integrated care team by coordinating and advocating for member needs, and overseeing employment service provider performance as it relates to the Medicaid delivery system in Arizona.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan and implement care strategies to ensure a quality continuum of employment services are available to members
• Coordinate and work with within a matrix organization, including but not limited to our Network Management, Medical Management, and Behavioral Health teams
• Monitor the application process for new employment providers
• Develop and sustain relationships with employment providers, community-based organizations, and system stakeholders
• Provide coaching/education to provider staff to ensure culturally competent and respectful care is provided to members
• Develop training modules as needed
• Identify and analyze patterns of utilization through data
• Function as a subject matter expert on employment and vocational rehabilitation
• Develop and submit regulatory reports and respond to regulatory requests within mandated timeframes
• Identify and monitor member’s employment outcomes
• Expect to spend up to 50% of time representing the health plan at community events, forums, and at provider offices

Required Qualifications:

• HS Diploma
• 3 years of experience working within the Medicaid system in Arizona
• 3 years of experience in employment systems (pre-employment service delivery, jobsite coaching, vocational supports, etc.)
• Proficient in working with MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint at a minimum)
• Willingness and ability to travel throughout Arizona

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• 5 years of experience within the Medicaid system in Arizona
• 5 years of experience in employment systems (pre-employment service delivery, jobsite coaching, vocational supports, etc.)
