• Operational support of Providers and end-users
• Responsible for oversight of Security/User Access Management (Touchworks suite of applications)
• Collaborate with ancillary application SMEs for Mountain West echo system
• Clinical application configuration
• Workflow development
• Workflow training hand-off to Training resources
• Interface error management
• Project assignments, configuration
• Data integrity validation
• Cross-market coverage for NM and larger Mountain West Region
• Vendor engagement with Allscripts for issue resolution
• Development and execution of test scripts and system validation post patching and upgrades

Required Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree (or higher) OR 4 years of medical office experience
• 3 years of IT application support or medical office/clinical support experience

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $66,100 to $118,300. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $72,800 to $129,900.
