We are currently seeking a Tool & Die Maker to join our talented team. We prefer an experienced tool maker, but will train if you have machining or technical skills from a related trade.

Responsibilities:

• Build tools and dies from specifications given in prints and provided in CAD programs
• Ability to use various types of shop machinery to fabricate various die components
• Ability to use both hand tools and power tools
• Understanding of inspection tools and tolerances
• Reviews and follows production schedule to understand job priority
• Troubleshoot dies and perform repairs on dies as necessary
• Keep work area clean and well-organized at all times

Qualifications:

• Mechanical and technical aptitude
• 3 years’ experience or related training
• Willingness to learn
• Stable and continuous working history
• Communication and teamwork skills
• Analytical skills
• Ability to lift heavy objects and operate large machinery
