United States Bowling Congress is Hiring a Client Services Coordinator Near Arlington, TX

USBC is recognized by the United States Olympic Committee as the national governing body for the Sport of Bowling and is a membership organization. We provide standardized rules, regulations and benefits to make bowling fair and fun for everyone. 

The Client Services Coordinator works to deliver activation benefits to achieve maximum partner value and satisfaction in the exciting world of sports marketing. Working across USBC’s broad partner categories in the bowling industry, the Client Services Coordinator will work with both internal team members as well as partners to make sure all digital marketing assets and on-site event benefits are successfully delivered to meet client standards. This includes the opportunity to travel to out of state locations, including destination spots where our national events are held for event support and social media content creation.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist clients in person, via email, and/or by telephone
  • Coordinate the production of client-facing marketing materials
  • Compile and maintain records on client accounts
  • Screen feedback and requests from clients and liaise with relevant departments
  • Liaise with in-house teams to adjust service offerings and assess related costs
  • Build and maintain close relationships with clients
  • Day-to-day management of the deliverables and contracts to meet deadlines
  • Support PWBA operations and marketing team on various initiatives
  • Oversee the accounts of some of the biggest brands in bowling, and the ability to ensure a future for the sport with some of our affinity and diversity partners
  • Manage PWBA product registered partners and event/all-tour sponsors and ideate new ways to support the future of professional women’s bowling
  • Support strategic marketing needs with promotional copywriting, scheduling website updates and display ads, social media posts, and ideating new on-site activation and promotional opportunities
  • Create plans for onsite logistics for assigned events and broadcast television shows, including the coordination of VIP seating and partner giveaways
  • Execution of said plans at select events throughout the year, which will include opportunities to assist with the production and promotion of live stream and television broadcasts
  • Assist in the development of comprehensive recaps and internal evaluations for all partner projects, with the opportunity to contribute to more successful methodology
  • Assist with weekly meeting prep (start to finish) including but not limited to the creation of agendas, completion of thorough call notes, and setting reminders for next steps

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Advertising, Communications, Sports Management, Sports Marketing, or a related field
  • 1 years of partner marketing experience with a focus on client services and marketing activation is preferred
  • The ability to keep projects on track with contractual timelines and budgets through successful time management
  • The ability to establish relationships with business partners including sponsors, vendors, and media partners
  • Strong analytical skills, with a creative, problem-solving mindset
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, attention to detail and take initiative
  • Ability to use traditional marketing platforms and key Microsoft Office programs

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • Occasionally required to move about inside the office and offsite locations
  • Continually required to sit and/or stand (remain stationary)
  • Continually required to utilize hand and finger dexterity
  • Occasionally required to climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel or crawl
  • Continually required to talk and/or hear
  • While performing the duties of this job, the noise level in the work environment is usually very quiet to moderate.
  • The employee must occasionally lift and / or move up to 30 pound
  • This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, digital camera, and fax machines
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision; distance vision; color vision; peripheral vision; depth perception and ability to adjust focus
  • Additional remarks regarding work environment: Up to 20% travel required, use of personal smartphone required for content creation and social media management.
