JOB SUMMARY:

United Solutions Company is looking for a qualified Marketing Specialist with Graphic Design experience to join our marketing department. Our marketing department produces marketing, advertising, and public relations campaigns and seeks an individual who can participate in the execution of these campaigns.

The Marketing Specialist will create all related marketing, advertising, and graphic design activities to carry out the marketing plan. Responsibilities include content creation for social media, the blog, and other marketing materials.

This individual should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment, and will gain broad experience in various aspects of marketing.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide support to social media efforts, including the blog
• Create content for printed materials, press releases, e-mail campaigns, etc.
• Distribute or deliver of marketing materials
• Plan and execute preparations for trade shows
• Perform analysis of marketing and sales data as needed
• Seek and analyze competitor marketing and sales materials both on and offline
• Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, or other documents
• Enter contact information into contact management systems as needed
• Maintain tracking report of public relations activity

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong understanding of the principles of marketing
• Strong understanding of social media and how it applies to marketing
• Microsoft Office – Word, Outlook, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions, solve practical problems, and write routine reports and correspondence
• Experience with email marketing tools, such as Robly, is a plus
• Experience with video production and/or editing is a plus
• Graphic Design experience, Photoshop/InDesign/Illustrator, and Web Design is a plus
