Description
POSITION PURPOSE:
The Maintenance Director ensures that facility and equipment are maintained in good repair and working order. This position requires limited skilled and semi-skilled manual work in general maintenance, construction, or labor activities. The Maintenance Director is responsible to oversee all properties to make sure day to day operations are intact.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION:
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
EXPERIENCE:
One (1) year experience in the field of general repairs, including at least one (1) year experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical repair, and air conditioning or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION:
Certification in any areas of electrical, refrigeration, or air conditioning is helpful but not required.
