Overview The Customer Readiness team is looking for an Implementation Specialist to drive our customer experience strategy forward by consistently innovating and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is passionate about the customer experience journey, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset. Role In this client-facing position, you will: Specialist responsibilities: • Ensure that outstanding service is provided to our customers by preparing them for the implementation of a system or a change to a system at Vocalink. This includes attending/contributing to external meetings and preparing, amending and reviewing Customer documentation. • Respond to customer queries and raise defects on behalf of the customers within the SLAs agreed with the customer. • Ensure that the milestones and deliverables on the project plans are met and are of the appropriate quality before being made externally available. • Adopt the agreed communication style which is always professional • Contribute to delivering small scale change within the remit of post. • Establish relationships between Implementation and other externally-facing teams to ensure communication is relevant/up to date. All About You The ideal candidate for this position should: • Look at everything through the eyes of the customer and see their need for an easy and profitable life • Have a clear mission that focuses on the attention of the customer’s need above your own • Support external facing customer and being responsible for providing guidance in process, queries and issue resolution • Be confident in liaising with support teams to assist in diagnostics • Look at ways to add value in potential solutions to solve problems COVID-19 Considerations We value the safety of each member of our community because we know we’re all in this together.
