United Gaming, LLC is Hiring a Customer Relations Manager Near Atlanta, GA

United Gaming is looking for a seasoned Customer Relationship Manager to join our growing team. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction in order to generate loyalty and maximize revenue. This role requires strategic skills, strong relationship-building skills, creativity, and exceptional communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage/own the customer relationship management process, ensuring retention, and satisfaction.
  • Identify at-risk customers and address issues with internal teams.
  • Develop a strategy and plan for achieving customer objectives with a consultative approach.
  • Advocate customer needs/issues cross-departmentally - Work with other functional teams to channel customer feedback and solutions into feature enhancements.
  • Ensure goals are established, met, and measured to support decision-making.
  • Manage account escalations
  • Collaborate with other functional areas to achieve customer satisfaction and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
  • Track, analyze, and implement solutions for metrics including but not limited to: Net Promoter Score, customer retention/churn, etc.
  • Establish organizational goals and objectives, and monitor performance to plan.
  • Assess the current structure, offerings, tools, policies, and procedures regarding effectiveness, responsiveness, and strategic importance in achieving desired business outcomes.Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field
  • 5 years customer service experience
  • Historical track record of success in a customer service role.
  • Agile and conscientious self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Use of good judgment and a sense of urgency in the decision-making process when assessing problems/situations.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Clear, informative, and accurate communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments.
  • Proven ability to problem solve, build trust and handle high-stress situations.
  • Microsoft Office proficient.
