As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment function of UFB, across all the markets we serve. In collaboration with hiring managers, you will lead the employment process including sourcing, identifying, pre-screening/qualifying, interviewing, negotiating salaries and closing candidates. From experienced level hiring for corporate functions to frontline tellers, the requisition load will vary. Some positions are highly specialized that requires broad sourcing knowledge and/or ability to develop sourcing strategies for heavily utilized talent pools.Essential Job Functions include, but are not limited to:Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates as they advance throughout the hiring process, creating an outstanding candidate experience along the way. Use multiple creative techniques to proactively identify and attract passive talent through a variety of avenues such as networking, social media (LinkedIn), employee referrals, job postings, and career events. Use the full functionality of UFB’s applicant tracking system to manage the selection, offer, negotiation and closing involved in full lifecycle recruiting. Maintain accurate documentation on candidates, searches, hiring manager interactions and other recruiting activities to ensure legal compliance with employment practices, policies, and processes. Promote Diversity, Equity & Inclusion in UFB hiring practices: sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent pools, structured selection strategy, etc. Collaborate with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria. Represents the bank in various internal and external hiring forums, as well as with professional associations, diversity groups, and community service groups. Willingness to jump in and assist with other HR responsibilities when needed. Drive the entire negotiation, closing and offer process. Ensure all recruiting efforts are performed and managed in accordance with employment laws and regulations. Demonstrated experience recruiting talent for highly specialized and hard to fill positions. Physical Requirements of Essential Job Functions:The associate is frequently required to sit and/or stand, communicate, reach, and manipulate objects, tools or controls that are typical of an office/bank environment. Lifting items weighting up to 10 pounds on a consistent basis.
