Title: STAFF ACCOUNTANT II
Department: Administration
Reports To: Chief Financial Officer
Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Registration: None required
Experience: No experience needed if bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Two years relevant experience otherwise.
Duties:
Maintains financial records and ensuring that financial transactions are properly recorded.
Ensures the accuracy of entries to ledger accounts and reconciles subsidiary ledger accounts to the general ledger.
Compiles financial data to aid more senior accountants in the preparation of balance sheets, profit and loss statements and other financial reports.
Assists in analyzing current costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations incurred to predict future revenues and expenses.
Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.
Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work.
Works on projects and matters of limited complexity in a support role while gaining experience in more complex tasks.

Requirements
Physical Requirements:
Able to work seated for 9 or more hours per workday
Able to work 40 or more hours work week, as needed
Able to lift a 40-pound box above head
Other Requirements:

Agree to abide by the Quality Control Plan
