Description
Position Summary:
The Trainer will conduct and deliver training in a number of learning formats. These formats typically include classroom, custom onsite and tele-video training classes/sessions. In addition to becoming an expert on the functionality of UCHC’s practice management/electronic medical records software, the Trainer will also train new employees on the use of other software, i.e. Microsoft Office products, including Outlook. At the end of the training the Trainer will administer a test to assess the employee’s understanding of the software. The Trainer will assist in learning-related activities such as product testing, curriculum development, training certifications and corporate educational events and conferences. The Trainer will take the lead in coordinating web-based training, i.e. eCW with supervisors and managers. The Trainer maintains a positive and professional attitude when interfacing with fellow employees and business partners. This position requires travel amongst UCHC’s sites, as well as occasional out-of-town for industry conferences.
