About the Position...

The Call Center Specialist is an onsite position and does not have remote opportunities.

The Call Center Specialist will be responsible for providing support via telephone to both clients and personnel throughout the Bank professionally, friendly, and accurately and will apply cross-selling techniques when appropriate. This position will be responsible for assisting clients with a variety of requests including change of address, copies of statements and billings, payoff demands, loan advances, stop payments, billing issues, electronic banking and other requests as needed. This position will also support branch personnel with questions regarding our core system, opening new accounts and loans, balancing and other duties. They will perform all duties accurately, timely, efficiently and according to bank policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines. They will assist the Support Center Manager in a variety of other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications


About You...
You are a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit who thrives in a team environment. You also have the following:

Education/Certification: High school graduate or equivalent.

Required Knowledge:

  • General knowledge or understanding of lending process, terminology, regulations and standard banking practices.
  • Knowledge of Teller, New Account and Operations procedures.
  • Knowledge of banking regulations and standard banking practices.

Experience Required: One or more years in customer service, experience in banking and/or other financial institution preferred.

Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Excellent trouble-shooting skills.
  • Good math skills.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office software package.
  • Ability to operate related computer hardware and other business equipment.

Location: Onsite, no remote
