About the Role:
Unite us is hiring a self-motivated Associate Customer Success Manager with strong customer-facing skills and a passion for health and social care. This role will be responsible for supporting the Customer Success Team in managing customer deliverables, training and reporting requests, and facilitating a variety of projects supporting external customer needs and internal processes. This is a role that requires creative problem-solving and tactical thinking, with relationship-building at its core. You’ll be a key part of the Customer Success Team, so the ability to effectively manage projects and work well with others is a must.
