Unite Us is Hiring an Associate Customer Success Manager Near Richmond, VA

About the Role

Unite us is hiring a self-motivated Associate Customer Success Manager with strong customer-facing skills and a passion for health and social care. This role will be responsible for supporting the Customer Success Team in managing customer deliverables, training and reporting requests, and facilitating a variety of projects supporting external customer needs and internal processes. This is a role that requires creative problem-solving and tactical thinking, with relationship-building at its core. You’ll be a key part of the Customer Success Team, so the ability to effectively manage projects and work well with others is a must.

What You'll Do:

  • Assist CSMs and CS leadership in various customer requests and activities (reporting, licensing, creating customer-facing materials, meeting follow up, etc.)
  • Conduct ad-hoc training on the Unite Us application for end users
  • Assist with customer implementations as needed
  • Work with internal Unite Us departments to resolve customer/user issues or concerns
  • Prepare various reports for both internal and external use including quarterly business review presentations
  • Provide general administrative support
  • Own and manage a book of business with senior support and oversight from senior Customer Success team members 

You’re a great fit for this role if you have:

  • Customer service experience such as customer support, account management, customer success, or internal services partner
  • Experience managing a customer portfolio 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills – you’re an active listener who can tailor your message to a specific audience
  • Comfort engaging with end-users and project leads to promote Unite Us, and generate buy-in across multiple stakeholder groups
  • The ability to thrive in a variable and demanding startup environment - you are solutions-oriented, comfortable with ambiguity and highly adaptable
  • A passion for healthcare or human services
  • At Least 2 years in a customer service, account support, software or healthcare environment

Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions:

  • This position is remote, U.S. based
  • Our target range for this position is $64,000-68,000 ***This salary range represents our national target range for this role. Some geographic areas may have higher target ranges, including certain localities in Colorado.
