Are you a BID Manager? Can you deliver, apply new thinking from multiple disciplines and perspectives to create unique design solutions for Unispace’s clients?

Responsibilities

• Managing a small team; their workload, acting as their point of contact with the business on proposal responses, coaching them, and leading a high performing, engaged team environment
• Project managing the development of strategic, compelling proposal responses, formal tender responses and presentations
• Facilitating effective go/no-go discussions to ensure the business is targeting opportunities aligned to our strategy
• Collaborating with Client Solutions (sales) to draw out the client’s needs, develop the value proposition and win themes, and storyboard the proposal.
• Timely delivery of proposals, presentations and capability statements that leverage regional/global intelligence and best support regional Client Partnership efforts
• Contributing to the ongoing update of materials and client or industry specific capability statements for reuse, and coordinating with other regions for consistency
• Contributing to the creation of a high performance, innovative team environment
• Supporting the Principal, Marcomms & Pursuits Australia to drive change programs, implement continuous improvement initiatives and educate the Client Solutions team and broader business
• Coaching and supporting the development of more junior pursuit team members
• Conducting post-bid analysis to identify lessons learnt and implement changes and improvements together with the Principal, Marcomms & Pursuits Australia
• Collaborating across disciplines, regions and studios

Your experience

• 7 years of experience working on BIDs
• Experience managing a team (preferred but not essential)
• Experience implementing process efficiencies and embedding change
• Extensive experience writing and managing proposals
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused with storytelling and storyboarding capabilities
• Superior writing, organisational, and interpersonal skills
• Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
