The General Manager is responsible for the operation and financial performance by providing strategic direction and leadership for all warehouse activities associated with shipping, receiving, warehousing, and inventory management.
You will set objectives, goals, strategies and measures, will plan for continuous improvement and create new and innovative strategies necessary to consistently meet our customer's expectations. Other responsibilities include leading the development of a high performance work environment and budget activities, including full P&L responsibility, process management, and customer relations.
