Description

Position Title: Corporate Recruiter

Reports to: Deputy HR Manager

Department: Human Resources

Job Type: Full-Time, Exempt

Job Summary:

As part of the Human Resources team, this position will provide full life cycle recruiting support across multiple business units. The recruiter is a trusted adviser to internal business partners and candidates and is relied on to identify and engage with top talent, drive recruiting best practices and deliver an exceptional recruiting experience. You will specialize in the development and deployment of creative sourcing tactics, to locate and engage highly sought-after talent.

Responsibilities:

  • Management of all recruiting processes and procedures, including job/position management and candidate management, for both internally sourced and agency submitted candidates.
  • Phone screen candidates for role suitability and collection of basic information and required employment application documents.
  • Coordinate, participate in and facilitate interviews via Zoom or other video service.
  • Research and develop recruiting leads- seek out special interest groups, social media groups, and other potential recruiting sources.
  • Assist drafting job descriptions and job advertisements for posting sites and compliance purposes.
  • Manage candidate submissions from recruiting agencies and filing information accordingly.
  • Support HR team with ongoing onboarding process and occasionally serve as backup to generate and gather offer documents, pre-employment documents and new hire paperwork.
  • Maintain and keep all recruiting records organized and up to date.
  • Comply with all federal and state laws and company policies regarding recruitment and HR laws.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience recruiting/sourcing for professional exempt level positions, mostly in finance, accounting and commodity trading related positions.
  • Extensive knowledge of finance, accounting and quantitative or financial services-oriented work environments.
  • Previous experience working in a multicultural/multilingual corporate environment
  • Must be comfortable recruiting with manual processes.
  • Strong phone skills highly desirable.
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, Proficient in Excel.
  • Ability to travel as required
