Unibask RPO is Hiring a Quality Assurance Supervisor Near Budd Lake, NJ
We are looking for quality assurance supervisor who can oversees and leads the quality control operations within our Italian Meat manufacturing plant or similar establishment. They are primarily responsible for crafting and implementing policies that prioritize the efficiency of products or services, supervising and evaluating the performances of the workforce, and setting standards and procedures that align not just with the goals of the company, but the national and international level of production standards.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Should be LOCAL CANDIDATE .
Must have a degree.
Should have at least 4 years of Food QA experience.
Must have SQF (Safe Quality Food) certification.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
